Senior engineers not to put pressure on junior’s to complete fast

Incident:
Sewage plant failed found problem in discharge pumps, same was overhauled and made in use same time STP blower was opened for inspection and cleaned when trying out the attending person’s finger was cut in the blower blades and had to sign off on medical grounds.
