4. Colored scan of the original 10th standard pass certificate or mark sheet in PDF format.

5. Colored scan of the original medical fitness certificate (Annexure 4 & 5) from a DG Approved Doctor in a single PDF file.

Color scan of permanent address proof (any of Passport, Aadhaar card, Election Commission Photo Id card and Permanent Driving License).

Online Application Process

The applicants must have the following documents for their CDC Application

1. Website: Visit the official Directorate General of Shipping website and select E-governance.

2. Login: Use your Indos number as user ID and enter your E- Governance password.

3. Application: Select “CDC Management & COC as Cook” > “Submit Application” > “CDC Application”.

4. Personal Details: Fill in the required fields, including passport and educational details.

5. Address Details: Enter your current address and contact information.

6. Next of Kin Details: Provide information about your next of kin (Eg: candidate’s Father or Mother).
